The RMS 12 is a single-row deep groove ball bearing from the Regular Medium Series (Imperial/Inch series). Like the other RMS bearings we've discussed, it is built with a thicker cross-section and larger balls than the "Light" (RLS) series, allowing it to support much higher radial and axial loads.
